Our work with power and privilege in organisations focuses on intentionally creating spaces to surface people’s experiences of power. Drawing on an intersectional feminist approach, we work with organisations to interrogate issues of difference (race, class, ability, sexual orientation etc) and how these factors of difference intersect (whether acknowledge or unacknowledged) in organisational ecosystems.

Our aim is to foster cultures of inclusion, care and wellbeing. We want to build cultures where every person has voice and agency in their organisational lives.

Wellbeing Architects works with organisations across the globe on accompanied learning journeys to build thriving and resilient organisational cultures in intentional ways. They work closely with each partner, focusing on storytelling, relationship-building, and journeying.
