POWER AND PRIVILEGE
Our work with power and privilege in organisations focuses on intentionally creating spaces to surface people’s experiences of power. Drawing on an intersectional feminist approach, we work with organisations to interrogate issues of difference (race, class, ability, sexual orientation etc) and how these factors of difference intersect (whether acknowledge or unacknowledged) in organisational ecosystems.
Our aim is to foster cultures of inclusion, care and wellbeing. We want to build cultures where every person has voice and agency in their organisational lives.
