Wellbeing Architects conversation lines

Collective sensing

Collective sensing is a facilitated process to acknowledge and honour the current moment in an organisation. Rather than getting swept up in solutions, collective sensing creates brave space for people to communicate and feel what they are currently experiencing.

To acknowledge and engage with the current mood in the organisation by collectively sensing and feeling. The purpose is to surface awareness, build understanding and encourage reflection.

Wellbeing Architects works with organisations across the globe on accompanied learning journeys to build thriving and resilient organisational cultures in intentional ways. They work closely with each partner, focusing on storytelling, relationship-building, and journeying.
