Ella Scheepers

Ella is a feminist facilitator and organisational wellbeing practitioner who loves creating spaces where people can slow down, listen differently, and imagine new ways of working together. She is especially interested in how care, power, and relationships shape the everyday life of organisations—and how paying attention to these can make work more sustainable and joyful.

With roots in human rights law and systems change, Ella has spent the past decade walking alongside nonprofits, foundations, collectives, and universities across Africa and beyond. Her work ranges from helping teams navigate tricky conversations, to guiding culture change, to dreaming up practices that bring more connection and care into organisational life.

Her facilitation style is relational, reflective, and a little experimental—drawing on feminist methodologies, co-creative learning, and the art of asking good questions.

She has completed her PhD at the University of Cape Town on organisational care and change, and she also writes and collaborates on creative projects with African queer women and activists.
